On what is supposed to be her wedding night, Patricia Cruz is raped and her husband is murdered. At the time, Patricia is unaware that Antonio De la Torre, the ruler of the town, is responsible for her husband´s murder. Two years later, Patricia is no longer a helpless victim; she is now a hardened rancher, who will go to no ends to discover the person responsible for her tragedy. A young man arrives in town he and Patricia cross paths, kindling an intense romance. What Patricia doesn´t know is that the young man Sebastian is De La Torre´s son.
